Welcome to the Nursing Science Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. As part of UIN Jakarta, an institution under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, our program has a strong foundation in both nursing science and Islamic principles. We are committed to providing a comprehensive education that not only equips our students with the necessary nursing knowledge and skills, but also fosters their spiritual and ethical development. This integration of science and faith distinguishes our program and allows us to develop healthcare professionals who serve with empathy and compassion.
The Nursing Science Study Program at UIN Jakarta is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the healthcare industry. Our curriculum is designed to integrate scientific advances with Islamic values to produce graduates who are not only highly skilled, but also have a deep understanding of the spiritual and ethical dimensions of nursing. We place a strong emphasis on spiritual care as a core component of nursing practice, ensuring that our students are well prepared to provide holistic care that addresses both the physical and emotional needs of their patients.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom. We actively seek national and international collaborations to enhance our educational standards and provide our students with diverse opportunities for learning and growth. These collaborations have enabled us to engage in research, knowledge sharing and innovative practices that keep our program at the forefront of nursing education. Our partnerships with healthcare institutions and universities around the world allow our students to gain valuable insight and experience that prepares them for global healthcare challenges.
In addition to general nursing practice, our program is particularly focused on promoting excellence in chronic disease management. We recognise the growing importance of chronic disease management and the integration of alternative therapies into nursing practice. Through research, practice and collaboration with healthcare providers, we aim to develop expertise in these critical areas and enable our students to be leaders in the delivery of comprehensive and patient-centred care.
Finally, we warmly invite prospective students, academic institutions and healthcare organisations to explore opportunities for study, research and collaboration with the Nursing Science programme at UIN Jakarta. We are passionate about promoting innovation and excellence in nursing, and we believe that by working together we can contribute to the improvement of healthcare both locally and globally. We look forward to building meaningful partnerships that will advance the future of nursing.
